Pediatric Care Coordination Directory
Introduction
If you’re like most pediatric care providers, there aren’t enough hours in the day to get everything
done. Many times when it comes to referring one of your patients/clients to a good local mental
health/social services program you will probably have to flip through your rolodex, computer
database, or refer to your own notes of who provides what types of services in Newport County. It’s
our hope that this directory will save you some of your very precious time by providing you and
your colleagues with an indexed guide to all of the community health and human services agencies
in Newport County.
So the next time a family comes to you looking for guidance on who can assist them and link them
to community services, the answers to their questions should be contained in this directory.
This is the first edition of a directory that we hope will continue to grow and expand. But to keep it
current and useful, we need your input on how we can improve this directory. I would appreciate
